02 Recruitment Position Plan and Job Requirements
This recruitment has 1 position, recruiting 1 person, specifically for a primary school mathematics teacher.
The specific position, job responsibilities, and job requirements are as follows:
(1) Job Responsibilities
1. Implement the subject curriculum standards, execute the subject curriculum plan, and teach according to the plan.
2. Undertake and complete the teaching tasks assigned by the school, strictly follow the class schedule, and avoid arbitrary changes, cancellations, additions, or delays in classes; creatively prepare lessons, teach, guide, correct, and evaluate, ensuring teaching quality.
3. Actively participate in school-based research and training, study the teaching materials, research teaching methods, continuously learn, strive to master the professional knowledge of the subject taught, and improve the ability and level of course implementation.
4. Pay attention to cultivating students' good learning habits, learning methods, and behavioral habits.
5. Respect student differences, set strict requirements, guide scientifically, care for students, avoid corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment, and promptly address students' related issues.
6. Enhance classroom safety awareness, govern education according to the law, serve as a homeroom teacher or assist the homeroom teacher, manage and educate students well, and organize and guide student activities.
7. Organize various subject practical activities and teaching competitions; manage and utilize specialized classrooms and teaching facilities.
8. Proactively contact the homeroom teacher to comprehensively assess and analyze students' semester and annual performance.
(2) Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in subject education.
2. Teacher qualification certificate for primary and secondary school subjects and Mandarin certificate.
3. High basic literacy in the subject, outstanding advantages in teaching skills, textbook analysis, lecturing, etc., and possess professional research capabilities.
4. Priority for hiring teachers with the following qualifications: outstanding teachers at the provincial level or above, senior teachers, famous teachers in Central Plains, special-grade teachers, provincial famous teachers, and other expert teachers; experienced provincial-level homeroom teachers, Young Pioneers counselors; those with primary and secondary school first-level or above professional titles; teachers who have won first prize in city-level quality classes. Retired teachers with intermediate and senior professional titles, expert teachers.
03 Basic Conditions and Exclusion Situations
(1) Basic Conditions
1. Must have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.
2. Must have good political quality and moral character, possess the physical and psychological conditions to perform duties normally, and meet the job requirements.
3. There is no age limit for fresh graduates; social personnel applying for teaching positions must be 45 years old or younger, and those with senior professional titles can be relaxed to 60 years old.

5. Candidates for teaching positions must comply with the ten codes of conduct for primary and secondary school teachers in the new era, have no criminal record or other disqualifying legal records; meet the educational standards, Mandarin proficiency, physical and psychological conditions stipulated by the Teacher Law, and obtain a teacher qualification certificate; among them, candidates for Chinese language teacher positions must obtain a Mandarin level certificate of Grade 2A or above, while candidates for other subject teacher positions must obtain a Mandarin level certificate of Grade 2B or above.
